In my family we are not physically big people. A few years ago I explained to my teenage son how our physical body is the densest part of us.
“Our true energy and power extend far beyond our physical body. All we need to do is tap into the power and energy that is within us and around us because that is who we truly are!”
These words flowed through me naturally. When I was done he said “Oh, we have a big spirit and a little body.”
And so the name was born, in an unlikely conversation with a different intent, proving when we are open the universe answers.
